This isn't just a training gig, it's a chance to join a team that takes coaching seriously. You'll deliver in-home sessions across the DMV using our proprietary 4STM - 4 Seasons Training Method, a system built specifically to develop real, effective trainers, not just rep counters.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home personal training sessions for clients across the DMV area Apply the 4STM training system to build effective, personalized programs Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients to drive results and retention Maintain professionalism and reliability consistent with a top-rated brand Communicate punctually and professionally with clients and the team, respecting everyone's time

Requirements:

Current Personal Trainer Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) Reliable transportation for travel to client homes throughout the DMV Strong interpersonal skills: we're looking for coaches with real personality who connect with clients, not just technical knowledge Punctual, reliable, and a clear communicator Coachable, team-oriented, and eager to grow
