31 Aug 2026 Salary Details Competetive Salary Offered Job Description Description Position Summary The Fitness Instructor delivers exceptional wellness experiences through engaging group fitness classes, personalized instruction, and guest education. This role inspires healthy lifestyles while creating memorable experiences that complement the spa and resort journey. Key Responsibilities Lead a variety of group fitness classes including yoga, mobility, stretching, strength, Pilates, meditation, and specialty wellness programming. Provide personalized fitness guidance while maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment. Conduct private training sessions upon request. Ensure the fitness studio and equipment are clean, organized, and presentation ready. Educate guests on wellness offerings, spa services, and retail products that support their wellness goals. Collaborate with Spa Leadership to develop seasonal wellness programming and special events. Maintain current certifications and adhere to all safety protocols. Deliver Forbes-level service standards throughout every guest interaction. Other key responsibilities/duties may be assigned. Qualifications Qualifications Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ACSM, Yoga Alliance, etc.) CPR/AED Certified Previous luxury hospitality or resort experience preferred Excellent communication and guest engagement skills Passion for health, wellness, and exceptional service Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
