Job Description
Join the Hustle Training 360 Team! Hustle Training 360 is seeking an energetic, reliable, and passionate Aqua Fitness Instructor to lead engaging water fitness classes in luxury residential communities throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. We specialize in creating a boutique fitness experience for active adults, with many of our communities serving the 55+ population . If you enjoy helping others stay active, building meaningful relationships, and creating a fun, welcoming environment, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Lead safe, engaging, and effective Aqua Fitness classes for active adults. Provide modifications to accommodate varying fitness levels and physical abilities. Educate participants on proper exercise technique, body mechanics, and injury prevention. Arrive early to prepare equipment and welcome participants before class. Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating class atmosphere. Represent Hustle Training 360 professionally while delivering exceptional customer service. Communicate with the Fitness Director regarding attendance, equipment needs, and participant feedback. Maintain current certifications and stay up to date on industry best practices. Qualifications Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent) preferred. Aqua Fitness certification or previous experience teaching water fitness classes preferred. Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before starting). Experience teaching the 55+ active aging population is highly preferred. Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and safe exercise programming. Excellent communication and motivational skills. Dependable, professional, and passionate about helping others improve their health and wellness. Availability Requirements Morning availability is required (weekday morning classes). Weekend availability is required (Saturday and/or Sunday classes).
