Job Title:
Fitness Manager As a Fitness Manager, you will play a vital role in creating an energetic and welcoming environment for our residents. You will be the go-to resource for fitness guidance, ensuring that each member feels supported in their wellness journey. Your passion for fitness and knowledge of physiology will help inspire individuals to achieve their personal goals while promoting a healthy lifestyle. What you'll do Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming members and assisting them with inquiries about fitness programs and services. Share your expertise in anatomy and body mechanics to educate members on proper exercise form and injury prevention. Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Act as a liaison between residents and management to problem solve and create a positive experience. Basic qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively connect with members of all backgrounds. Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and provide constructive feedback. Preferred qualifications- not required• Experience in teaching group fitness classes. Background in personal training or sports coaching. Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics.
