Job Description

Exercise class instructor will lead a safe, motivating, and engaging group fitness workouts. Key duties include planning routines, demonstrating correct form, and ensuring participant safety.
Key Responsibilities Class Delivery :
Lead structured, high-energy workouts matching the specific class style (e.g., cardio, strength, yoga, Zumba, etc.).
Safety & Modification :
Demonstrate proper techniques and offer adjustments or easier options for different fitness levels.
Member Engagement :
Welcome participants, answer questions, and build a positive, inclusive community.
Equipment & Studio Care :
Set up, clean, and organize the room and gear before and after each session.
Administration :
Track class attendance and report on any facility or equipment maintenance needs.
Qualifications & Requirements Certification :
Hold a recognized national group fitness or specialty certification (such as ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent).
Safety Training :
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
Physical Stamina :
Ability to demonstrate high-intensity movement, stand for long durations, and lift equipment.
Interpersonal Skills :
Strong communication, enthusiasm, and a helpful, approachable attitude.
