We are looking for instructors who are excited to build their own class, connect with students, promote themselves, and develop a loyal community within the studio. This opportunity is ideal for a teacher who takes initiative and wants their earning potential to grow along with the community they create. We provide the studio, booking platform, and supportive environment. You bring your teaching experience, personality, creativity, and desire to grow. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of yoga teaching experience 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification or higher Confident leading group yoga classes Reliable, professional, and consistent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable promoting your classes and engaging with potential students Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to actively build a following Genuine interest in creating community and retaining students Growth-Based Compensation Our compensation model is designed to reward instructors who contribute to the growth of their classes and the studio. Base starts at $20 per class Earn 50% of the first drop-in from every new student you refer Earn a $50 bonus when a referred student converts to a recurring membership Convert 5 students into active members and your base increases to $30 per class Each additional active member you convert raises your base by $6 per class Your base adjusts based on the number of active memberships you've generated New-student drop-in earnings are paid in addition to your base The more community you build, the greater your earning potential.
