Pay:
$14-52 per hour About Us Pretty in Pink Fitness is a women-only strength training studio that helps women "Find Your Pink." We believe strength builds confidence, and every woman deserves to feel strong, capable, and supported in her body. Our mission is to create a safe, empowering environment where women can train like athletes and build real, lasting strength. About the Role We are looking for a knowledgeable and encouraging Female Personal Trainer to join our team. You will lead small group and one-on-one strength sessions, help women build confidence under the bar, and provide modifications for postpartum, pelvic floor, or beginner needs. This position is ideal for a trainer who loves coaching women, values evidence-based training, and thrives in a community-focused studio environment. Responsibilities Coach small group and one-on-one strength sessions Provide safe and effective movement progressions and modifications Support members through encouragement, accountability, and education Maintain a clean, organized studio space Participate in team meetings and community events Assist with social media
Qualifications Required:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent) Current CPR/AED certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for women's strength and fitness
Preferred:
At least one year of coaching or personal training experience Familiarity with barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell training Background in functional or power-based training Nutrition experience Prenatal and Postpartum experience
