Must have a social media presence and willingness to post and promote classes. In this role, you will lead engaging Pilates classes, tailor programs to meet individual client needs, and promote overall wellness through expert guidance. Your enthusiasm for fitness and dedication to helping clients achieve their health goals will inspire and motivate participants of all levels. Responsibilities Lead group Pilates classes that emphasize proper body mechanics, biomechanics, and core strength development Develop customized Pilates programs that align with clients' fitness levels, goals, and physical conditions Demonstrate correct exercise techniques, ensuring safe manual handling and injury prevention Provide clear instructions and feedback to enhance client understanding and engagement during sessions Monitor client progress, adjusting programs as needed to optimize results Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety standards, including CPR and AED protocols Collaborate with team members to create innovative fitness programs that incorporate strength and conditioning principles Requirements Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar group fitness or personal training role within the fitness industry Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, biomechanics, and sports coaching principles Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization; additional certifications in first aid, CPR, AED operation are required Familiarity with strength training instruction, weight handling in the workplace, and fitness customer service best practices Ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels Experience working in health clubs or gym environments is preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide clients safely and confidently Join us to inspire healthier lifestyles through expert Pilates instruction!
