In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products to fulfill customer orders. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all orders are prepared for shipment efficiently, safely, and with high attention to detail. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick orders based on customer specifications and pack items securely for shipment Ensure products are packed with care and meet quality standards Use barcode scanners and inventory systems to track and verify products Maintain an organized and clean workspace in accordance with safety and hygiene standards Assist with inventory management by organizing products in the warehouse Ensure that all packing materials are used appropriately and efficiently Conduct quality checks on packed items to prevent errors and ensure accuracy Assist with restocking products as needed Follow company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and deadlines

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment (preferred, but not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and reading comprehension skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
