Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

JOB SUMMARY
Carries out educational/instructional activities to enhance positive lifestyle via Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Spinning or aerobic exercise process to allow participants to expand their potential in a manner congruent with the healing arts philosophy. Provides motivational coaching to participants in a group setting.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education (or equivalent years of experience): Required for consideration: High school graduation or equivalent. B. Experience (or equivalent education): Required for consideration: One year of related experience. C.
Certification/Registration Required for consideration:
Certified in Specialty (N/A for Tai Chi) BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (These are the only two providers that will be accepted.) Bonus Exclusions may apply in accordance with policy
