Pilates Instructor

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Pilates Instructor to lead engaging and effective MAT Pilates-based classes in a modern boutique wellness studio. This role is focused on creating high-quality movement experiences that build strength, flexibility, core stability, and overall body awareness while fostering a welcoming and motivating environment. Our studio is a luxury mat Pilates and wellness space located on the 17th floor with breathtaking panoramic views stretching from the ocean to the Seminole Hard Rock, offering a truly unique and elevated class experience unlike anything else in the area. We are offering weekday and weekend morning, afternoon, and evening class availability with flexible scheduling based on studio needs. Final schedules will be created based on a combination of studio demand and instructor availability. We also offer a competitive pay based on experience, certification level, and class type. Compensation details will be discussed individually during the interview process Duties Lead safe and engaging MAT Pilates classes for individuals and groups Teach structured class formats including Flow, Sculpt, Burn, Stretch, and Heated Mat Pilates Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and modifications for all fitness levels Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to guide safe movement Monitor client progress and provide motivation, feedback, and encouragement Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated studio environment Build a positive community atmosphere and support client retention Stay current with trends in Pilates and mindful movement practices Skills Pilates certification required (mat-based accepted) Experience teaching Pilates, yoga, barre, dance, or personal training preferred Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and safe movement principles Ability to lead group fitness classes with confidence and strong communication Skilled in cueing, modifications, and working with all fitness levels High energy, engaging teaching style with strong presence in the room Passion for wellness, fitness, and community-focused environments CPR/AED certification To apply, please include : Certifications Teaching experience Availability Instagram or fitness page (if applicable)
