Pilates Instructor About the Role We're looking for an enthusiastic Pilates Instructor who loves introducing beginners to the transformative power of Pilates. You'll lead small, intimate classes where you can give personalized attention to each member and create a welcoming, judgment-free space for people just starting their Pilates journey. What You'll Do Teach engaging Pilates classes for beginners in our small group setting Break down fundamentals and build members' confidence with clear, accessible instruction Demonstrate proper form and technique to keep workouts safe and effective Modify exercises on the fly to accommodate different abilities and comfort levels Create a supportive, fun atmosphere where members feel encouraged to try new things Keep the studio welcoming, clean, and equipment well-maintained Help build our community by connecting with members and promoting the benefits of
Pilates What We're Looking For Required:
Pilates certification from a recognized program Solid understanding of Pilates principles, equipment, and body mechanics Patience and enthusiasm for working with beginners Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain movements clearly Ability to provide individual attention and modifications in a group setting
