Mat Pilates instructor/ Yoga instructor

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Mat Pilates and Yoga instructor to inspire and guide clients through transformative movement experiences. In this role, you will lead engaging classes that promote flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help participants achieve their fitness goals while fostering a positive, motivating environment. Duties Lead dynamic Mat Pilates and Yoga classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring safety and proper technique. Design innovative, effective workout programs that incorporate principles of physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy to maximize results. Provide clear instructions on breathing techniques, posture alignment, and movement flow to enhance participant experience. Monitor participants during classes, offering personalized feedback and modifications as needed to accommodate individual needs. Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages group cohesion, motivation, and consistent attendance. Maintain a clean, organized studio environment and ensure all equipment is used safely and appropriately. Stay current with industry trends in fitness training, Pilates, Yoga, and related disciplines to continually improve class offerings. Requirements Proven experience as a Mat Pilates instructor or Yoga teacher with relevant certifications in Pilates and Yoga instruction. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and sports coaching principles. Ability to design comprehensive programs that incorporate elements of group fitness, CrossFit-style movements, cycling, dancing, or other related disciplines. Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants in a gym or health club setting. Familiarity with fitness sales techniques to promote classes and memberships effectively. Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to helping clients achieve their personal fitness goals.
