Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

- Flexible schedule Stretch Wellness Professionals Part-Time or Full-Time | Miami Beach | Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commissions Opportunity Stretch Zone North Beach is hiring confident, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our Miami Beach team as a certified Stretch Practitioners.
- Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®
- Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
- Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach
- Support studio operations with client account support services
- Participate in community events and wellness activations
- Maintain a high-energy, professional studio environment
- Contribute to a positive culture What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients and prospects
- Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility
- Exceptional time management skills (if you are always running late or barely "on time", DO

)- Coachable and open to structured training
- Comfortable recommending and selling membership-based services
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based commission opportunities
- Must have reliable private closed vehicle (e.g., car, truck, SUV)—otherwise do not apply

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour Stretch Zone - 1127 Stretch Zone has two Miami Beach locations: North Beach and South Beach. From professional dancers and certified yoga instructors to athletic coaches and certified personal trainers, our professional stretch team delivers knowledge in body mechanics and care for delivering a quality wellness experience to each client. Using the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM), stretch practitioners will identify any postural and movement limitations, then work to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With regular weekly visits, our members reach their true maximum potential, whether they are student athletes, gym buffs, retirees, sports players, or anyone suffering from muscle tension and discomfort.
