Jump / Rebound Fitness Instructor | RoyaFit Are you an energetic fitness instructor with a passion for music-driven movement? RoyaFit is seeking experienced, personable instructors to lead engaging mini-trampoline fitness classes for studio clients, hotel guests, residents, and private groups. At RoyaFit, we create welcoming, high-quality fitness and wellness experiences that inspire movement, connection, and well-being. We're looking for dedicated instructors who bring professionalism, motivating energy, and a thoughtful approach to every class. Responsibilities Lead safe, well-structured rebound fitness classes that combine cardiovascular conditioning, strength, balance, and coordination. Demonstrate proper trampoline technique, controlled landings, body alignment, and safe transitions. Create engaging, music-driven routines with clear cues and easy-to-follow choreography. Offer modifications and intensity options for participants of different fitness levels. Explain equipment use and studio safety guidelines before class, particularly for first-time participants. Inspect trampolines, support bars, and the surrounding space before each session; remove unsafe equipment from use and report concerns. Follow equipment manufacturer guidelines, including capacity limits and appropriate use. Create a welcoming, inclusive environment and deliver attentive guest service. Arrive on time, prepare the class space, and follow instructor sign-in and sign-out procedures. Maintain required certifications and follow RoyaFit policies, instructor guidelines, and venue standards. Communicate consistently with your supervisor regarding schedules, availability, and participant concerns. Follow venue emergency procedures and promptly report injuries or incidents. Skills & Qualifications Experience teaching rebound, trampoline fitness, or related group fitness formats. Strong understanding of exercise technique, class sequencing, and intensity management. Excellent musicality, verbal cueing, and group motivation skills. Ability to monitor participants and adapt exercises while maintaining an engaging class. A professional, dependable, and approachable manner. Hospitality or boutique fitness experience is a plus. Required Education & Experience Current group fitness instructor certification from a recognized organization, such as ACE or AFAA, or an equivalent qualification. Rebound or mini-trampoline instructor training appropriate to the equipment and class format taught. At least two years of group fitness teaching experience; direct rebound teaching experience preferred. Current CPR/AED certification. Completion of any required RoyaFit format training and practical teaching assessment before independently leading classes. Physical Requirements Ability to perform the essential duties of rebound fitness instruction, with or without reasonable accommodation, including demonstrating or verbally guiding movements, observing participants, moving throughout the teaching space, and assisting with safe equipment setup.
