Pilates Instructor | RoyaFit Are you a passionate Pilates instructor interested in bringing exceptional wellness experiences to the hospitality industry? RoyaFit is seeking experienced, personable instructors to lead engaging mat Pilates classes for hotel guests, residents, and private clients. As we grow, we're looking for dedicated instructors who bring professionalism, positive energy, and a thoughtful approach to every class. Responsibilities Lead safe, well-structured mat Pilates classes suited to participants' experience levels and abilities. Provide clear instruction on alignment, breathing, core engagement, and controlled movement. Offer modifications and progressions to support beginners and experienced participants. Incorporate appropriate props, such as resistance bands, Pilates balls, and rings, when available. Create a welcoming, inclusive environment and deliver attentive guest service. Respect participants' boundaries and obtain consent before any hands-on adjustments. Arrive on time, prepare the class space, and follow instructor sign-in and sign-out procedures. Maintain required certifications and follow RoyaFit policies, instructor guidelines, and venue standards. Communicate consistently with your supervisor regarding schedules, availability, and participant concerns. Follow venue emergency procedures and promptly report injuries, incidents, or equipment concerns. Skills & Qualifications Experience teaching Pilates to participants of varying abilities. Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, functional anatomy, alignment, and exercise modifications. Ability to design balanced classes that develop strength, mobility, stability, and body awareness. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. A professional, dependable, and approachable manner. Ability to adapt classes to hotels, residential communities, and private events. Hospitality or luxury wellness experience is a plus. Required Education & Experience Mat Pilates instructor certification from a recognized training program. At least two years of Pilates teaching experience. Current CPR/AED certification. Additional training in comprehensive Pilates, prenatal/postnatal Pilates, or working with older adults is a plus. Instructors assigned to equipment-based sessions must hold training specific to the apparatus used. Physical Requirements Ability to perform the essential duties of Pilates instruction, with or without reasonable accommodation, including demonstrating or verbally guiding exercises, observing participants, moving throughout the teaching space, and assisting with light equipment setup.
