Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

Job Description
F45 Trainer Possibility to work in two locations. F45 Brickell and F45 Coral Gables. What is F45? The fastest growing gym in Miami and the world. F45 Training combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these three training concepts has led to the development of 32 different, 45 minute workout experiences. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. The variation of our workout programming keeps our members challenged, eager to grow and ready to have fun. Trainer Standards Aspirationally fit and able to complete all workouts Hard working and committed to their role, studio and the brand Punctual and in their training uniform Inspiring and motivating Able to multi-task and think on their feet Clear communicators that speak loudly and concisely Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises Knowledgeable in exercise physiology Some Sample Trainer Requirements Make sure that the studio is neat and orderly, including moving equipment, cleaning (vacuum/mopping), plus setting up the room for the next day sessions. Give studio announcements and get people excited about the workout. Demonstrate the workout using the weights you would actually use, and at the speed you would work in class. Create a team training culture in class. Have a one-on-one interaction with every single member. Be hands-on, working out with them, challenging them to work hard, and communicating postural adjustments.
