We're looking for someone who loves fitness, enjoys working with people, and can create high-energy classes that motivate members to push themselves and have fun. What You'll Do Lead engaging, high-energy HIIT classes Create challenging and effective workouts for all fitness levels Motivate and encourage members throughout each class Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and prioritize safety Create a positive, welcoming, and fun class environment Bring great energy and enthusiasm to every session What We're Looking For HIIT, group fitness, personal training, or related experience preferred Group fitness certification preferred Reliable, professional, and energetic Strong communication and people skills Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals Comfortable leading and motivating a group Compensation Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
