Role Responsibilities:
- Personal Training & Client Management
- Conduct individual training sessions as scheduled.
- Reach a minimum of 25 training sessions per week within the first 90 days.
- Perform outreach to members to schedule complimentary assessments and training sessions.
- Build and maintain a robust client roster through relationship-building and consistent engagement.

- Club Engagement & Sales Performance
- Engage and service club members daily, fostering a strong fitness community.
- Drive personal training revenue by meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and energy on the training floor.
- Professionalism & Development
- Perform assigned floor shifts to support members and promote training services.
- Attend weekly staff meetings and in-service training sessions for continued professional growth.
- Uphold company core values and standards, consistently demonstrating excellence as a world-class fitness professional.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Availability to work 60 hours per week
- Minimum 2 years of personal training experience.
- Nationally accredited personal training certification required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
