We are a family-owned studio built around movement, connection, and community . Our classes are intentionally small, allowing instructors to give members personal attention while creating an encouraging and welcoming experience. We're looking for an instructor who is confident teaching Reformer Pilates, passionate about helping people feel stronger and more connected to their bodies, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with members. What You'll Do Teach engaging, safe, and effective Reformer Pilates classes Lead small-group classes of up to 9 clients Provide clear demonstrations, cueing, modifications, and hands-on guidance when appropriate Create a welcoming experience for first-time and returning clients Recognize individual client needs and offer appropriate modifications Maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive class environment Arrive prepared and on time for every scheduled class Help maintain a clean, organized studio and equipment Build relationships with members and contribute to the Soulates community Encourage members in their fitness journey and help create an experience that keeps them coming back Support studio initiatives, including social media, community events, member engagement, and referrals when appropriate What We're Looking For Current Pilates/Reformer certification from a recognized training program Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates Strong knowledge of Pilates fundamentals, alignment, anatomy, and safe movement Comfortable teaching a variety of fitness levels Ability to confidently teach both foundational and more challenging Reformer exercises Excellent communication and cueing skills Reliable, punctual, professional, and dependable Warm, positive personality with a genuine interest in people Comfortable working independently in a boutique, owner-operated studio CPR/AED certification preferred Must be available for some early morning, evening, and/or weekend classes The Soulates Experience At Soulates, we believe a great class is about more than the workout.
