We are seeking motivated, energetic, and coachable individuals to join our Pilates Instructor Apprentice Program — a structured pathway designed to develop future instructors within our studio community. This is a unique opportunity for candidates who love group fitness, thrive in a team environment, and are eager to grow into a professional teaching role. About the Role The Pilates Instructor Apprentice will participate in an immersive training experience while learning studio operations, class flow, client engagement, and teaching fundamentals. Apprentices will work closely with our Lead Instructors and Education Team to build the skills and confidence required to transition into an instructor role. Selected candidates will participate in a week-long intensive training, with continued post-training mentorship and development opportunities offered to the right individual.
