Fun:
Develop exciting, age-appropriate programs that keep participants active and engaged. Be the
Organizer:
Coordinate schedules, manage recreation software, and ensure smooth program operations.
Collaborate & Lead:
Work with contracted instructors to deliver top-notch activities. Make an
Impact:
Assess programs and adjust to keep things fresh and fun for everyone. Spread the
Word:
Help promote programs and events to the community. What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED required. First Aid, CPR, and Crowd Management certifications preferred. Strong communication skills—you'll interact with kids, adults, and staff daily. A positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
