A Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor develops customized exercise and fitness programs for clients. Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

You'll inspire, motivate, and guide members through customized programs designed to improve their strength, endurance, nutrition, and overall lifestyle.

This is more than training sessions — it's about creating a positive fitness experience that drives results, retention, and member loyalty.

What You'll DoRepresent Crunch as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding training and support to members.

Design and deliver fitness programs that include resistance training, cardio, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle coaching.

Educate members on safe, effective exercise and hold clients accountable with regular goal-setting and progress tracking.

Provide excellent service to all members, whether through personal training, orientations, group events, or fitness education.

Contribute to club success by meeting monthly training and product sales goals.

Maintain a professional and supportive environment, keeping the club clean and organized.

Stay up to date on certifications, industry trends, and ongoing education.

What We're Looking ForA passion for fitness and helping others succeed.

Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire.

CPR/AED certification required.

Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc.).High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
