Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

Job Description
Bunda is the first group fitness workout to combine traditional strength training with steady state cardio on the Stairmaster. Though we focus on glutes, we also train all parts of the body to bring balance to your workout routine. Bünda is a science backed workout you can do everyday. Come join an energetic and extremely knowledgeable environment as a Bünda group fitness instructor! You will learn many programming tools to make you a better and more educated trainer and group fitness instructor. We're seeking individuals with a personal training certification who want to work in an energetic, knowledgeable community of fitness professionals. Group fitness experience is preferred but not required. Please email camillegil@trainbunda.com with your resume. As an Instructor at Bünda, you can expect to perform the following duties:
- Lead and motivate members through pre-programmed workouts.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to clients' needs and concerns.
- Develop positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging and entertaining group fitness classes.
- Educate class participants on correct form and alternate moves, progressions, and regressions during class.
- Attentively listen to clients, answer questions, and engage in conversation before and after classes.
- Attend and be punctual for all scheduled classes and team meetings (in-person and virtual).
- Provide current music/playlist ensuring appropriate language.
- Clean and organize the studio after each class.
