Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, fitness, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or retail industry. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of gym operations, fitness services, and industry trends. Familiarity with gym management software and point of sale system (Mindbody). Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. .
