Here's the deal. We're looking for another great Personal Trainer to join us at Aspire Sports Lab , and I want to do things a little differently. I started as a personal trainer myself, so I understand how difficult it can be to move into a new facility and build a sustainable training business. You need a place to train, you need time to establish yourself, and you need enough clients to actually make a living. So instead of charging you rent or taking a percentage of the business you've already built, bring your existing clients to Aspire and train them here completely free.

That means:

$0 rent to the gym 0% taken from your existing clients $0 membership fee for those clients No driving from house to house or bouncing between facilities You set your rates and keep 100% of the revenue from the clients you bring with you And those existing clients are grandfathered in at $0 facility fees for as long as you continue training them at Aspire. So what's the trade? Simple. Aspire needs another excellent trainer we can trust with people who come to us looking for personal training. When Aspire generates a new personal training client for you , you train and take care of that client, and Aspire receives an agreed-upon percentage of the sessions from that client only . Your existing book of business remains yours. The goal is to give you a home for the business you already have while helping you gradually build an even larger personal training business inside Aspire. We're looking for someone who is: A great coach and communicator Reliable and professional Passionate about helping people get stronger, healthier and more capable Interested in building a long-term personal training business Comfortable working in an active strength & conditioning environment Already training clients or actively building a client base If you're tired of paying rent, giving a gym a percentage of clients you found yourself , or traveling all over town to train people...
