Certified Pilates Instructor | G Spot Pilates® Ponte Vedra Beach, FL | Part-Time | 2 Positions Available About G Spot Pilates® G Spot Pilates® is a premium boutique Pilates and recovery studio in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Our small-group Pilates classes are intentionally limited to four clients , allowing instructors to provide highly personalized, attentive coaching. The studio includes four reformers, Tower and Chair apparatus, infrared sauna and cold plunge recovery. We are not built around volume. We are built around excellent instruction, individual attention, consistency and client experience. As the studio enters its next stage of growth, we are building a small, exceptional teaching team and hiring two part-time Certified Pilates Instructors . The Role We are looking for instructors who can do more than deliver a workout. You should be able to look at four different clients in the same room and recognize that they may need four different things. The right instructor can observe movement, teach intelligently, modify confidently and create an experience where clients feel known, supported and appropriately challenged. Instructors will initially teach small-group classes, with opportunities to expand into private and semi-private instruction and greater studio responsibility as trust, performance and demand grow. We are looking for people who want to become part of the studio, not simply pick up another class. What You'll Do Teach small-group Pilates classes with a maximum of four clients Deliver clear, precise and effective cueing Observe clients closely and provide individualized coaching Provide appropriate regressions, progressions and modifications Adapt programming for beginners, older adults, athletic clients and varying ability levels Teach safe, intelligent Reformer programming Incorporate Tower and Chair work when appropriate and within your training Provide private and semi-private Pilates instruction as opportunities develop Learn and follow G Spot Pilates® teaching standards and studio procedures Create a welcoming, professional and highly personalized client experience Properly reset, clean and care for equipment and the studio Maintain appropriate client notes and communication when required Learn and follow studio protocols related to infrared sauna and cold plunge recovery Support client consistency, rebooking and retention through excellent coaching and genuine connection Maintain professional boundaries and protect client privacy Take increasing ownership of recurring classes and the client experience as your role develops Who You Are Technical ability matters here. Equipment is reset correctly. Client information is handled properly. The studio is left ready for what comes next. Reliable. You are punctual, prepared and consistent. Clients and the studio can depend on you. Naturally hospitable. You greet clients, learn their names and make new clients feel comfortable. Excellent service comes naturally to you. Commercially aware without being salesy. You understand that a healthy studio depends on clients returning and progressing. You can recommend another class, private session or appropriate service when it genuinely benefits the client. Coachable. You bring expertise without ego. You welcome feedback and are willing to continue developing your teaching. Systems-oriented. You understand that consistency creates a strong studio. You follow teaching standards, client notes, cleaning procedures, recovery protocols and operating systems rather than reinventing them every shift. Above all, you care about teaching people well. Qualifications Required:

Comprehensive Pilates certification Approximately 450+ hours of comprehensive Pilates education Tower/Cadillac training Chair training Private Pilates experience Two or more years of Pilates teaching experience Training through Balanced Body, BASI, Merrithew/STOTT, Polestar, Peak Pilates or another reputable comprehensive Pilates program is welcomed. Exceptional newer instructors with strong comprehensive education are encouraged to apply. What Matters Here Certification matters. How you teach matters more. We care about whether you can see a body, understand what you are seeing and make intelligent decisions about what comes next. We do not believe the hardest class is automatically the best class. We value precision, progression, consistency and trust. You will not be expected to perform for a room of 20 people. You will be expected to coach four people exceptionally well. Compensation + Growth Starting compensation: $30 per hour for the first 90 days, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus program. The first 90 days are designed to establish consistency, client relationships and alignment with G Spot Pilates® teaching, service and operating standards. At the completion of the first 90 days, compensation, performance and responsibilities will be reviewed.

These are part-time positions with meaningful room to grow. As trust, performance and demand grow, instructors may take greater ownership of recurring classes, private and semi-private clients, opening and closing responsibilities, recovery operations and other areas of the studio experience. Morning, evening and weekend availability is a plus. Complementary availability across the two instructors is especially valuable. With a maximum of four clients, you can know who you are teaching, observe how they move, make meaningful modifications and progressively develop their practice. The studio combines Pilates with infrared sauna and cold plunge recovery, creating an environment centered around thoughtful movement and recovery. We are intentionally building a small, exceptional teaching team , not a large roster of instructors. For the right people, these positions can become more than a few classes on a schedule. There is an opportunity to develop long-term client relationships, expand into higher-value services, take greater ownership within the studio and grow alongside G Spot Pilates®.
