Job Overview Are you passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping others achieve their health goals? We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Certified Personal Trainer to inspire, motivate, and guide clients through personalized fitness journeys. In this role, you will design effective training programs, lead engaging group fitness classes, and provide expert advice rooted in physiology and anatomy knowledge. Your enthusiasm will empower clients to unlock their full potential while fostering a positive and motivating environment within our health club or gym. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives through fitness. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, abilities, and health conditions Develop customized workout plans that incorporate principles of body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy to ensure safe and effective training Lead one-on-one personal training sessions, providing clear instruction and motivation to maximize results Facilitate group fitness classes that promote community engagement, enjoyment, and overall wellness Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits Track progress regularly and adjust programs as needed to meet evolving client objectives Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in sports coaching and fitness instruction Qualifications Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) is required Corrective Exercise Specialist preferred Demonstrated experience in teaching fitness classes or personal training sessions Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics Ability to design effective training programs tailored to diverse client needs Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others Experience with group fitness instruction is highly desirable Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed in their fitness goals Join us in creating a vibrant environment where health and motivation thrive! Pay:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
