Job Description
We're excited to announce that we're seeking a 600-hour, comprehensively certified Classical Pilates instructor to join our studio. This role is ideal for a teacher who honors the traditional repertoire, teaches with clarity and intention, and values classical progression. We offer flexible schedules and are open to both full-time and part-time instructors. If you're passionate about helping others move, strengthen, and feel their best, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Lead dynamic group Pilates classes (Mat and/or Reformer) for clients of all skill levels. Design and adapt personalized workout programs that align with individual fitness goals. Demonstrate proper form and technique to ensure client safety and maximize effectiveness. Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering guidance, and keeping clients motivated. Track client progress and adjust routines as needed to support continuous improvement. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment. Encourage class participation and help create a positive, community-driven atmosphere. Stay current with new Pilates techniques, training methods, and industry trends through ongoing education.
Certifications & Skills:
600 hours Certified Pilates Instructor (Comprehensive certification required; additional fitness certifications are an asset). Proficiency in English (verbal and written). Proven experience teaching Pilates or other fitness disciplines in a group or private setting. Excellent communication skills to clearly instruct, motivate, and engage clients. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect and build rapport with diverse clients. Effective time management to organize group classes and private sessions efficiently. Natural leadership qualities to inspire confidence and create a supportive class atmosphere. Ability to adapt instruction based on individual needs, goals, and physical abilities. Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.Job Type:
