Job Description

Personal Trainer & EMS Trainer Body Reform Fitness — Sarasota, FL Body Reform Fitness is looking for a motivated, reliable, and professional Personal Trainer to join our team. This position will involve both traditional personal training and our specialized EMS training sessions . We are currently looking for someone who is strictly available on Saturdays , with the opportunity to gradually add more hours during the week. The Position Initially, this position will focus on Saturdays. Saturdays are a strict requirement. Sessions typically begin around 8:15 AM . On average, you can expect approximately 4 client sessions per Saturday , with the possibility of additional sessions depending on client demand. Each training session is 45 minutes , and compensation is based on the 45-minute session—not an hourly rate. We expect to gradually add additional weekday hours for the right trainer. Training & Onboarding Before working with clients independently, you will complete approximately one week of paid training and onboarding . Our training process is designed to make sure every trainer understands our approach, programming system, client protocols, and EMS procedures. We have a structured system in place, and consistency in how we train our clients is extremely important to us. Responsibilities Conduct professional, engaging 45-minute personal training sessions Conduct EMS training sessions after completing our EMS-specific training Follow Body Reform Fitness programming and training protocols Modify exercises appropriately based on each client's abilities and limitations Provide a safe, positive, and professional training environment Build strong relationships with clients while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled session Communicate professionally with clients and the Body Reform Fitness team Follow our established workout programming rather than independently changing the client's program without approval What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A certified personal trainer Reliable and punctual Professional, energetic, and personable Comfortable working with a variety of fitness levels and ages Able to follow an established training system Open to learning EMS training Detail-oriented and consistent Interested in growing with a small, established fitness business Available every Saturday Saturday availability is mandatory.
