About the Role This is an independent contractor position with the flexibility to build your schedule around your life while working with a curated book of high-quality clients we provide. You will travel to clients' private homes, condominiums, and community gyms throughout Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch. Train clients one-on-one in private settings Design and deliver personalized programs focused on strength, mobility, balance, and functional fitness Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients who value consistency and trust Represent our brand with professionalism and warmth at all times Communicate openly and honestly — with clients and with our team What We Offer $50-$60/hour depending on experience level and tenure with our team. A steady referral of high-quality, motivated clients — you focus on training, we handle the marketing and lead generation Total control over your schedule. Whether you're looking for a few loyal clients on the side or a full roster of 7-10, we build around what works for you — not the other way around. Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent) Minimum 2 years of experience — experience with older adults strongly preferred Strong knowledge of functional movement, corrective exercise, and injury prevention Personal liability insurance (required) Reliable transportation throughout Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch Exceptional communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills A warm, patient, encouraging coaching style Honest, hardworking, and highly professional About Us We are a concierge personal training company serving an elite clientele in Sarasota.
