Job Description
Join the YF Studio Team! YF Studio is seeking energetic, dependable, and motivating fitness instructors to lead our growing fitness community. We are currently hiring instructors for the following class times: 5:00 AM 6:00 AM 6:00 PM We're looking for individuals who can create an engaging atmosphere, inspire members, and deliver high-quality workouts that keep participants coming back. Responsibilities Lead safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes Arrive on time and prepared to teach Demonstrate proper exercise form and technique Provide modifications for various fitness levels Motivate and encourage members throughout class Build positive relationships with participants Maintain a professional and energetic presence Help foster YF Studio's welcoming and community-driven culture Qualifications Previous group fitness instruction experience preferred Current fitness certification preferred (NASM, ACE, ISSA, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, etc.) CPR/AED Certification preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed Reliable transportation and consistent availability Candidates with an existing fitness following, active social media presence, or the ability to attract and retain participants are highly encouraged to apply Ideal Candidates Teach Bootcamp HIIT Strength Training Functional Fitness Dance Fitness Yoga Pilates Athletic Conditioning Specialty Fitness Classes Compensation & Benefits $25 per hour Opportunity to build your following within an established fitness community Flexible part-time schedule Supportive team environment Opportunities for special events and additional classes About YF Studio YF Studio is more than a gym—we're a community.
