WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Deliver high-energy, customized 1-on-1 and small group training programs tailored to client goals. Consistently track member progress to ensure measurable results and long-term retention. Provide an exceptional floor experience that engages gym members and builds rapport. Identify opportunities to upgrade existing clients to higher-tier packages and additional sessions. Capitalize on built-in commission and sales opportunities by conducting fitness assessments and enrolling new training clients. Partner with club leadership to elevate the overall fitness culture of our brand-new location.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are results-oriented and dedicated to client success. You bring high energy, professionalism, and strong communication to every session. You are proactive in building relationships and growing your client pipeline.

QUALIFICATIONS

Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent). 2+ years of professional personal training experience preferred (Master level track record). CPR/AED certification required. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekend availability.
