About the Opportunity Alloy Personal Training Acworth is looking for an exceptional Head Coach to join our founding team and help us build something truly special in the Acworth community. This is more than a coaching role- it's a career-defining opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, dedicated to delivering a premium fitness experience, and ready to grow alongside a purpose-driven ownership team. As Head Coach, you'll spend the majority of your time on the studio floor leading small-group personal training sessions (up to 6 clients) while supporting the Director of Training in building a thriving community, developing the coaching staff, and delivering the Alloy experience at the highest level. With a growth-minded ownership group behind you, the right person will find real room to advance as our footprint expands. Key Responsibilities Coach a significant portion of the weekly training schedule, delivering a premium, personalized experience while balancing leadership, member engagement, sales, and studio responsibilities outside of sessions. Actively contribute to studio growth through lead follow-up, Starting Point Sessions, prospective member outreach, referrals, and conversion efforts. Partner with the Director of Training to build and protect a studio culture where every member feels known, supported, challenged, and accountable, championing the "Stronger Together" spirit that defines Alloy. Take ownership of the member experience beyond the workout — know our members, celebrate their wins, recognize when engagement drops, and proactively help keep them connected to the studio. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of fitness staff; help maintain a high-performing coaching team Conduct member accountability sessions and Starting Point Sessions to track progress, deepen relationships, and drive retention Proactively identify and solve day-to-day studio needs without waiting for direction; communicate issues early and follow through to resolution. Uphold the mission and core values of Alloy in every interaction What We're Looking For Genuine passion for community impact — you light up when helping people reach their health and fitness goals; you see coaching as a vehicle for connection and transformation 4-5 years of personal training experience, ideally in small group or studio settings Valid national personal training certification —

Reliability and accountability — our members and teammates depend on us. You show up prepared, on time, and ready to lead. A team-first mentality — you're willing to coach, clean, call a lead, celebrate a member, help another coach, or solve a problem because that's what the studio needs.
