Job Summary We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Atlanta Fitness Instructors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engaging fitness classes and educating participants on various exercise techniques. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about fitness and love to promote a healthy lifestyle while ensuring safety and proper body mechanics during workouts. Responsibilities Lead and instruct group fitness classes, including Cycling but not limited to cycle, dance, Pilates, kickboxing, and other fitness formats. Educate participants on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to prevent injuries. Develop class plans that cater to varying skill levels and promote overall fitness. Monitor participants' performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Maintain knowledge of anatomy and exercise science to effectively guide participants in their fitness journey. Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness and group exercise. Skills Strong knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy related to physical fitness. Experience in leading group fitness classes such as cycle, dance, Pilates, kickboxing, or similar disciplines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate participants. Ability to create an engaging atmosphere that encourages participation from all skill levels.
