Personal Trainer - Owens Gym Owens Gym is looking for a motivated, professional, and growth-minded Personal Trainer to join our team! This flexible position is based on your availability and may be structured as either part-time or full-time. We provide our trainers with the tools, support, training, and exposure needed to build their client base and grow with our company. Training Opportunities One-on-one personal training Semi-private training Small-group training Online fitness coaching Customized workout plans Nutrition programming Our online coaching services are delivered through our own mobile app, allowing trainers to provide workouts, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, accountability, and ongoing client support. Responsibilities Personal Trainers at Owens Gym are expected to: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled sessions Communicate clearly and consistently with clients Build positive relationships and provide an excellent client experience Create and promote personal training content on social media Help generate new leads and grow their client base Follow up with prospective and current clients Conduct fitness consultations and present training options Provide safe, effective, and personalized training programs Support the goals and standards of the Owens Gym team Trainers will receive instruction and support on conducting fitness consultations, presenting training options, following up with leads, and handling the sales process.
