HiLiT Pilates is a modern, athletic Reformer Pilates studio in Gainesville, Georgia, and we're growing! We're looking for passionate, energetic instructors who are committed to helping clients build strength, confidence, and healthy movement in a fun, welcoming environment. Whether you're an experienced Reformer instructor or a Certified Personal Trainer looking to expand into Pilates, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead safe, engaging Reformer Pilates and/or strength-based group classes Create an encouraging, inclusive experience for clients of all fitness levels Deliver exceptional coaching with a focus on proper form and movement quality Build relationships and foster a strong local fitness community Support studio events, member engagement, and client retention Qualifications Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor or Certified Mat Pilates Instructor or Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) with group fitness experience Certifications in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation required; First Aid certification preferred Energetic & Passionate for health, fitness, and helping others succeed Positive, professional, and dependable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Join us if you're eager to motivate others through expert instruction in a lively environment!
