PowerUp Pilates is seeking certified instructors to work weekends, weeknights, and substitute based on availability. Seeking instructors for all our studios, Vickery Village, Duluth, and Johns Creek. About a PowerUp Pilates Instructor We're looking for a skilled and inspiring Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our teaching team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Pilates principles, a passion for helping others move well, and the ability to create classes that are safe, dynamic, and accessible for every level. Responsibilites Teach group Reformer Pilates classes with clear, effective cueing and personalized attention. Create and instruct safe, creative, and balanced Pilates routines catering to all levels that reflects the PowerUp Pilates culture and values. Maintain the studio environment and equipment before and after each session. Arrive at a set time prior to the beginning of each scheduled class, event or private/semi-private session. Build rapport, promote the physical and mental benefits of the practice, and encourage clients to stay consistent. Qualifications Comprehensive or Reformer Pilates certification from a recognized training program. Minimum 6 months of teaching experience preferred (new instructors with strong training foundations welcome). Solid understanding of anatomy, movement mechanics, and safe exercise progressions. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence. Experience teaching group classes of 8 or more clients. Consistent weekly availability, with flexibility for subbing as needed.
