The Role We're looking for a results-driven personal trainer who brings proven success in helping clients transform their bodies and habits. You'll lead private and small-group sessions, design high-impact training programs, and motivate clients to hit — and exceed — their goals all while tracking progress weekly. Key Responsibilities Deliver measurable client results through customized strength, conditioning, and cardio programs Lead engaging small-group sessions that challenge and motivate Provide expert coaching on proper form, progression, and recovery Track and document client performance and transformations Keep up with clients' progress through weekly texts and check ins as well as maintaining their notebook. Maintain the studio's professional, energetic, and supportive environment and cleanliness. Drive retention by building strong client relationships and accountability Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) CPR/AED certified Minimum 4 -5 years of personal training experience in a studio or corporate gym
