Certified HOT Pilates Instructor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Certified Pilates Instructor to join our vibrant health and fitness community. In this role, you will lead engaging HOT Pilates classes that promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality Pilates classes tailored to diverse skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners Demonstrate proper technique and body mechanics to maximize effectiveness and prevent injury Assess clients' needs and develop personalized program modifications to support their fitness journeys Educate participants on anatomy, physiology, and the benefits of Pilates for overall health Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and equipment standards Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages motivation, participation, and community engagement Collaborate with team members to plan special workshops or themed classes that enhance member experience Skills Certified Pilates instructor with valid credentials from an accredited organization Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics relevant to Pilates practice Experience in program design, incorporating principles of fitness sales and client retention strategies Proficiency in teaching group fitness classes with excellent communication skills Background in related disciplines such as Yoga, Dancing, CrossFit, or Sports Coaching is a plus Familiarity with gym equipment, health club operations, and personal training techniques Ability to incorporate complementary skills like Kickboxing, Cycling, or Yoga into class offerings for variety and engagement

AED CPR Job Types:
