This opportunity will allow you to get the most out of your career as you: Develop and maintain for Legacy's Wellness Program Perform and document LiveFit services with residents following company's policy and procedures under guidance of the Rehabilitation Director/Area Rehab Director. Provide personal fitness through Legacy's LiveFit program and completes required billing and documentation. Deliver LiveFit treatment plans in accordance with Legacy's programs. Fitness plans will be developed to improve health, fitness levels, and meet the members' fitness goals. Provide group fitness and wellness services through our LiveFit Program. Meets efficiency standard as set by company. Participates in department meetings and in facility meetings as This individual will play a vital role in promoting wellness, independence, and overall functionality among our senior resident population. The Personal Fitness trainer / Rehab Tech will provide a fun and challenging experience, and will discuss, motivate, and teach the fitness member to improve and maintain their fitness and strength. The Personal Fitness Trainer / Rehab Tech is responsible for identifying goals, delivering tailored exercise plans for personal fitness and group sessions in accordance with Legacy's program structure. The Personal Fitness Trainer / Rehab Tech will assist with marketing the LiveFit program to increase membership.
