Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Aqua Fitness Instructor and bring energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to our vibrant aquatic programs! In this role, you will lead engaging water-based fitness classes designed to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health for participants of all ages and skill levels. Your passion for fitness and aquatic exercise will inspire members to achieve their wellness goals while enjoying a safe, motivating, and fun environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on community health through innovative water workouts. Duties Lead a variety of water fitness classes Design and adapt fitness programs tailored to different skill levels, ages, and special needs using your knowledge Demonstrate proper techniques for exercises involving swimming movements, water resistance training, and bodyweight routines Monitor participants during classes to ensure safety, correct form, and engagement while providing personalized coaching when needed Skills Experience teaching group fitness classes is a plus, but not required Excellent communication skills to motivate participants and provide clear instructions during classes Ability to adapt exercises for different abilities while maintaining high energy levels and enthusiasm
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
