Job Responsibilities include:

Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals Perform fitness assessments Create specialized programs based on client's needs and specific goals Consistent follow up with client leads Build client base through referrals and branding yourself Understand proper exercise technique, human anatomy and movement patterns Possess excellent customer service and sales skills Superior verbal and written communication skills Organized, punctual and goal oriented

Certifications/Education:

Current Personal Training certification required (CPR) and (AED) certification required Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required

Experience:

Personal Trainer experience preferred, but not required
