Duties Lead diverse group fitness classes for all ages Design customized training programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe practice through hands-on guidance and correction Motivate clients by providing positive reinforcement and fostering a supportive environment to enhance engagement and retention Conduct fitness assessments, including biomechanics and physiology evaluations, to track progress and refine training plans Maintain up-to-date knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and health & safety protocols such as CPR and AED operation Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their progress, answering questions, and addressing concerns Must be willing to learn about holistics health, hormones, blood chemistry, and specialty training Skills Extensive experience in group fitness instruction across multiple disciplines including but not limited to sports training Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics to ensure safe exercise routines Proven ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and guide clients through proper technique and practice Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation is required; additional certifications in personal training or specialized fitness areas are a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients effectively Knowledge of program design tailored to different fitness levels and goals; experience with gym equipment handling and heavy lifting safety procedures Passion for coaching others in various settings including health clubs, community centers, or private studios; familiarity with sales techniques for membership or personal training packages is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels others' success! Pay:
$20.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
