Overview Join our new immersion studio dynamic team as a Hot Yoga Teacher and inspire individuals to achieve their wellness goals through invigorating and mindful hot yoga sessions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead energetic group classes in a heated environment, fostering physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. As a Hot Yoga Teacher, you will deliver engaging instruction, ensure safety, and create a motivating atmosphere that encourages clients to push their boundaries while respecting their individual limits. Your expertise will help transform lives through the power of heat-enhanced yoga practices, promoting health, resilience, and community connection. Responsibilities Lead engaging and safe hot yoga classes, demonstrating proper postures and techniques tailored to various skill levels Design and adapt class routines that incorporate principles of biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics to maximize effectiveness and safety Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure correct exercise execution and prevent injuries Monitor participants' form and offer personalized coaching to enhance performance and confidence Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid readiness, CPR certification, and AED operation Foster a welcoming atmosphere that motivates clients, encourages regular attendance, and supports their fitness journey Communicate effectively with clients about class schedules, wellness tips, and upcoming programs to promote engagement and retention Experience Proven experience teaching group fitness classes with a focus on yoga instruction in a gym or health club setting Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics relevant to hot yoga practice Certification in yoga instruction from a recognized organization; additional certifications such as Pilates, Dancing, or Sports Coaching are advantageous Familiarity with fitness industry standards including CPR/AED certification and first aid training Experience designing exercise routines that incorporate elements of Pilates, CrossFit, cycling, or heavy lifting is a plus Demonstrated ability to motivate diverse groups through coaching techniques rooted in personal training principles and fitness sales skills Excellent client communication skills with a passion for promoting health, wellness, and community engagement Embark on this rewarding journey where your passion for fitness meets your dedication to inspiring others.
