Overview Join our dynamic fitness team as a Personal Trainer where you'll inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals. In this energetic role, you will deliver engaging personal training sessions, fostering a positive environment that encourages progress, confidence, and community. Your expertise will help clients improve their physical fitness, learn proper exercise techniques, and develop sustainable healthy habits. Responsibilities Design personalized training programs tailored to clients' fitness levels, goals, and medical considerations. Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure participants perform routines safely using proper body mechanics and biomechanics principles. Motivate clients through coaching techniques that boost confidence and foster long-term commitment to fitness routines. Conduct assessments of clients' anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to customize effective training plans. Maintain accurate records of client progress, session notes, and program adjustments while providing excellent customer service. Adhere to health and safety standards by practicing manual handling procedures, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and first aid protocols at all times. Skills knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics to guide safe exercise execution. Proven experience in personal training with a strong background in designing effective workout programs for diverse populations. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals at all fitness levels. Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly through demonstration and practice while ensuring proper technique. Familiarity with gym equipment handling including heavy lifting techniques and manual handling safety procedures. Certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid are required; additional qualifications such as sports coaching or specialized fitness certifications are highly valued. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 10.0 per week
