Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor We're looking for more than a personal trainer — someone who can motivate a room, build real relationships, create engaging content, and become one of the faces of our gym. Whether you're an experienced trainer or someone with exceptional people skills who's eager to grow, we care more about attitude, energy, and leadership than a perfect resume. What You'll Do One-on-one and small group personal training Fitness consultations, goal setting, and accountability coaching Build long-term relationships that keep members motivated Coach members at every stage — from high-energy strength classes to helping a member in their 70s improve balance and confidence More Than a Coach Create fitness content for social media (workout tips, education, member success stories) Represent the club online and in the community Lead energetic group training sessions people look forward to Grow your own personal brand while helping grow ours Who You'll Coach Busy professionals, beginners, athletes, adults over 55, and members returning from injury. Experience with corrective exercise, mobility, or coaching older adults is a plus.
