As an integral part of our team, you'll lead with clinical excellence, deliver patient-centered care, and help foster a high-performing, values-driven culture.Key Responsibilities:
Perform full-mouth exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Deliver top-tier restorative and general dental care. Lead and mentor your support team. Build trust and rapport with patients through compassionate care. Engage in quarterly CE and clinical case review sessions. Contribute to practice growth through quality care and culture-building. Champion a 5-star experience for every patient.Qualifications:
