Job Description
Job description: Join FiTrain! Where You Actually Know Your Clients This isn't a corporate gym. At FiTrain, you'll learn your clients' names, celebrate their wins, and become someone they look forward to seeing. We are a small team with real relationships and every session matters to us. What You'll Do Conduct fitness assessments and build training programs around who your clients are and what they want. Lead one-on-one sessions. You'll count reps, yes, but you'll also build trust. Run group fitness classes that people talk about afterward. Teach clients about anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics so they understand their own bodies. Track progress, adjust programs, and show up for the milestones. Help grow our community by bringing in new clients. Keep our space clean and welcoming. Stay current on fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Who You Are You understand physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics, and you like explaining them. You've trained clients or coached athletes and know how to connect. You design programs that fit where people are now and where they're headed. Group fitness experience is a bonus, especially if your classes stick with people. You communicate clearly and warmly. Your words motivate without pressure. Sales experience helps, but caring about people matters more. You're certified through an accredited organization. You have at least one year of training experience.
