Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Fence Installers to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in supporting various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. As an Installer, you will work alongside our skilled team contributing to the successful completion of residential and commercial construction projects. This is a part time position with the potential for full time employment for a qualified candidate Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after construction activities. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required. Operate basic hand tools and power tools. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team. Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed. Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other components as directed. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in Fence Construction Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
